SMS terms. D2D Dispatch sends appointment-related text messages — booking confirmations, reminders, technician assignment updates, and rescheduling links — to customers who opt in on a booking form. Message frequency varies by appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, HELP for help, or contact support@d2ddispatch.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
