What dispatch does

What D2D runs for electrical contractors.

The customer shows you the job

A breaker that won't stay on, an outlet that sparked, an EV charger install — the customer picks a real slot from your schedule and describes the job in their own words, with photos, video or a voice note, before anyone rolls a truck.

Your tech runs it from one link

No app, no login, nothing to learn. One link per job with the customer's request, photos, address and directions: on-my-way, arrived, before and after photos, and one tap to flag you when they're stuck.

Every message goes out in your name

Booking confirmation, reminders, a “who's coming” message with your tech's name, photo and vehicle, on-my-way and running-late updates, and a review request when the job is done.

A watchdog, with a person behind it

Jobs with nobody assigned, techs who go quiet, help requests and failed texts are flagged to the D2D desk — staffed 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, with an urgent pager 6:00 am – 10:00 pm, seven days a week.

A day with D2D · an illustration

The front office, running while you work.

  1. 01Before the first truck rolls. A customer booked after hours: they picked a real slot on your schedule and sent photos of the panel with the door open. The job is waiting with the photos attached.
  2. 02Heading out. Your tech opens one link — the request, the photos, the address, directions — and one tap tells the customer your tech is on the way, in your company's name.
  3. 03A call you can't take. You're up a ladder with both hands busy. The caller hears one short message and gets a text with a secure link to describe the job and choose a time — from your business, not from us.
  4. 04A job runs long. A panel swap takes longer than the slot allowed. One tap sends a running-late update, so the next customer hears it from your company before they have to ask.
  5. 05Something slips. A job is about to start with nobody assigned, and it's flagged to the desk. During pager hours a person takes the first action within 15 minutes — and if nobody has reached an urgent flag within 30 minutes, you get a text saying what was flagged and what the system already did.
  6. 06The job is done. Before and after photos are on the job, and the customer gets a review request in your name.
  7. 07Monday. A summary lands in your email, and your Owner's View shows today's jobs, your field team and open alerts whenever you look.

Plainly

What it is, and what it isn't.

  • Your customers are yours — your brand, your invoice, your relationship.
  • Not exclusive: we may serve another company in your trade and your ZIPs. What never crosses over is your business — your inquiries, customers and records are yours alone and are never shared with or sent to another contractor without your separate written say-so.
  • Export your customers, leads, jobs and message history any time from your Owner's View.
  • D2D doesn't produce quotes or invoices, collect payments, generate leads or provide live video, and it doesn't promise any number of bookings.
  • Requirements: active CSLB license, liability insurance, and answering your phone when you say you will.
