The partner rate

$500 setup · $299/mo for 6 months · then $499

Month-to-month. Cancel anytime — service runs to the end of the period you've paid for, no notice period, no fee.

All of it is written down before you sign anything: read the agreement.

What the numbers mean

Three numbers, read plainly.

$500 setup

A one-time fee, due before setup begins.

$299/mo for 6 months

The partner rate, for your first six months of paid service, billed monthly in advance. It is offered to D2D's first ten partner businesses and is locked for its six months.

then $499

The standard rate, per month, from the seventh month onward. The standard rate can only change with at least sixty days' written notice.

Cancelling

Month-to-month. Cancel anytime — service runs to the end of the period you've paid for, no notice period, no fee. A text or an email stops the next renewal, and your customer data leaves with you.

What's included

What the monthly rate runs.

  • A booking page with your logo, colors, services, prices and hours, linked from your own website and listings.
  • Customer texts in your name: booking confirmation, reminders, “who's coming” with your tech's name, photo and vehicle, on-my-way, running-late updates and a review request.
  • One link per job for your techs — the request, photos, address and directions. No app, no login.
  • A dispatch desk watching for uncovered jobs, tech absences, help requests and failed messages — staffed 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, with an urgent pager 6:00 am – 10:00 pm, seven days a week.
  • A private Owner's View with today's jobs, your field team, open alerts and activity, plus a Monday summary by email.
  • Up to 2,000 customer texts a month — messages, not carrier segments; texts to you and your techs don't count. Overage is handled by agreement, never billed silently.
  • Hosting, maintenance, and changes to your hours, prices, services, techs or photos on request.
  • Your customers, leads, jobs and message history, exportable any time.

What isn't

So nobody is surprised later.

  • D2D doesn't produce quotes or invoices, collect payments, generate leads, or provide live video.
  • D2D doesn't answer your calls with a person or an automated assistant. A call nobody answers gets one short message and a text with a link to book, in your name.
  • D2D doesn't promise any number of bookings, and doesn't perform or supervise your trade work.
  • Not exclusive: we may serve another company in your trade and your ZIPs. What never crosses over is your business — your inquiries, customers and records are yours alone and are never shared with or sent to another contractor without your separate written say-so.

Try it before any of the numbers matter.
