D2D Dispatch · how it works
D2D runs the repetitive front-office work in your company's name — booking, reminders, dispatch — and a person on our desk backs the machine up.
The operation
They pick a real slot from your schedule and describe the problem in their own words — photos, video, even a voice note — so your tech sees the job before anyone rolls a truck.
No app, no login, nothing to learn. One link per job: on-my-way, arrived, before and after photos, one tap for running late or customer-not-home — and one tap to flag you when he's stuck.
Confirmations, reminders and on-the-way texts go out in your name automatically. A watchdog catches jobs going sideways — and a real person steps in when the machine can't.
Who sees what
A booking page with your logo, colors, services, prices and hours. Then texts in your name: booking confirmation, reminders, a “who's coming” message with your tech's name, photo and vehicle, on-my-way and running-late updates, and a review request when the job is done.
One link per job with the customer's request, photos, address and directions — no app, no login.
A private Owner's View with today's jobs, your field team, open alerts and activity, plus a Monday summary by email. Your customers, leads, jobs and message history export any time.
Uncovered jobs, tech absences, help requests and failed messages are flagged to D2D staff — the desk is staffed 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, with an urgent pager 6:00 am – 10:00 pm, seven days a week. The full promise is written at d2ddispatch.com/support.
